My Journey in Logistics
I started my journey in logistics in 2012, not as a coach, but as the very first driver in my company. What began as a small errand service grew into a multi-state courier company serving medical, legal, corporate, and commercial clients. Along the way, I learned the lessons most people never see—pricing mistakes, staffing challenges, contract negotiations, and how to scale without burning out. I became a coach after watching too many couriers struggle through costly trial and error, often guided by online influencers with little real-world experience. Today, I coach and mentor entrepreneurs who want real structure, real contracts, and real results—without having to figure it out the hard way.
