A free live training with Roslyn Ellerbee, Founder & CEO of Express Errands & Courier
Tuesday, July 8 — 7:00 PM ET — Live on Zoom
You’re tired of chasing pings.
An algorithm decides your rate. One bad review, one “deactivation,” and your income disappears overnight. You’re doing the work of a business owner — but getting paid like a renter.
There’s a way out, and it’s not a secret. It’s a strategy.
Medical facilities — labs, hospitals, specialty clinics — are actively looking for professional courier partners, not random gig drivers. Direct contracts mean predictable revenue, real relationships, and rates apps will never offer you.
In this free live training, Roslyn is walking you through exactly how to make that shift.
What You’ll Learn
👉🏾 Why the gig app model is built to cap your income — and what changes the moment you go direct
👉🏾 What “business legitimacy” actually means to a hospital or lab (the paperwork, insurance, and setup that has to be in place before anyone signs with you)
👉🏾 The compliance basics most new couriers skip — and why skipping them costs you contracts
👉🏾 Exactly who your direct clients are, and how to find and approach them
👉🏾 The real path from first contact to signed contract — research, the pitch, RFPs, pricing, and launch
👉🏾 Why medical courier work is one of the few growing, recession-resistant corners of logistics right now
Meet Your Host
Roslyn Ellerbee went from an $18,000 salary to building Express Errands & Courier into a multi-state medical courier company spanning 10+ states — over 14+ years, no investors, no shortcuts. She’s the first African American woman elected to the CLDA Board of Directors and the creator of Latitude™: Your Roadmap to Building a Medical Courier Business.
She’s not teaching theory. Everything in this training comes from contracts she’s negotiated, drivers she’s managed, and a business she’s actually built.
