I offer both 1-on-1 private coaching (customized for your business growth, mindset, operations and marketing) and group coaching programs (for peer support, accountability, and shared learning).

If you need highly tailored support, hands-on strategy and direct access, 1-on-1 is ideal. If you’re looking for community, a guided framework, and want to learn alongside others, a group program may be the better fit.

We’ll meet virtually via video calls (you can join from anywhere). Between calls you’ll receive worksheets, resources, and accountability tools to keep momentum going.

Every business and entrepreneur is different. Many clients gain clarity and quick wins within the first 30 days. Meaningful, sustainable growth in revenue, marketing and operations typically develops over 3-6 months of consistent coaching.

While I coach entrepreneurs across many industries, I specialise in service-based businesses, start-ups, and logistics/courier companies. My experience gives me unique insight in those areas.

Included are the scheduled sessions (number and frequency depend on your program), access to resources and worksheets, support between sessions (via email or community group), and accountability to help you implement and progress.

Yes — depending on the program you choose. Some include private community groups, email support or access between calls so you’re not left on your own.

Because your commitment is required to get results, and we secure your time and resources when you enroll, the refund policy is as follows:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 of purchase and before more than 2 sessions have been completed.

  • After that timeframe or once the set number of sessions has been delivered, no refund is available.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations on your part do not automatically trigger refunds, but we’ll work with you on rescheduling as appropriate.
    (This kind of structure protects both your investment and mine.)

Please give at least  24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be forfeited or subject to policy terms. I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes on my side as well.

Your active participation is key. Be ready to show up, do the work, take action, complete worksheets or assignments, and engage openly in the process. Coaching amplifies your effort — it doesn’t replace it.
