In the tapestry of dreams and relentless endeavor, I am honored to share a milestone that resonates with the spirit of possibility in 2024. I am thrilled to announce my election as THE FIRST African American woman elected to the Board of Directors of the Customized Logistics and Delivery Association (CLDA), marking a historic stride in an industry traditionally dominated by men.

While my journey as a triumphant minority entrepreneur commenced in North Carolina, Atlanta, GA, has become the nurturing ground for three flourishing businesses: Express Errands & CourierDream Team Digital Marketing, and the transformative hub, Manifesting Greatness with Roslyn V. – 360 Business Coaching.

This historic moment underscores my unwavering commitment to excellence and the advocacy for diversity in leadership. The logistics landscape demands a shift towards a more inclusive representation across the supply chain, a narrative I am fervently championing.

I envision my journey as an inspiration, shattering the glass ceiling in the business realm and affirming that minority communities possess the resilience, talent, and power to thrive. This achievement is not just a personal triumph but a beckoning of a new era where deserving recognition is accorded to minority contributions.

As a business coach, my purpose has been to ignite potential, and from my new position within CLDA, I am poised to extend this passion. Atlanta, GA, not only empowered my success in the courier business but also became the canvas for cultivating an empowering work environment and fostering collaborations for all my companies.

This achievement reflects my journey and opens doors for others who aspire to break barriers in the business world. I will respect not only the high standards and the prestigious reputation of the Association but also commit to driving change in the supply chain and helping the Association break historical barriers. The CLDA vision is already in the lens of 2054, and all of us together are the change the world needs to see.

Together, let us “Manifest Greatness, break barriers, and redefine the future of an inclusive and thriving business.
