I don’t know about you, but every year around this time, I get a little quieter. Not because I’m tired, even though I should be, but because this is the moment where everything slows down just enough for us to look at the year and actually see it clearly.
We’ve been running. Building. Fixing. Starting over. Trying again. And now, as we sit here the day before Christmas Eve, I want to have a real conversation with you, not as Coach Roslyn the strategist, the CEO, or the one teaching you how to scale… but as someone who understands exactly what you feel in your chest when you look at your goals and wonder:

I’ve asked myself those same questions more times than you would ever imagine.

2025 for Express Errands & Courier: A Year of Expansion and Unexpected Blessings
This year stretched me in ways I didn’t anticipate, but it also rewarded me in ways I didn’t expect.
One of the biggest wins for Express Errands & Courier (EEC) was signing a major client that now has us operating in nine states. That’s not small. That’s not luck. That’s favor, preparation, and reputation meeting opportunity.
And let me be very transparent:
That contract didn’t come from cold outreach or a stranger.
It came from a friend in the industry who referred us because of the work we’ve put in over the years.
That referral changed the trajectory of our company, and it reminded me that your next level often comes from relationships you’ve nurtured long before the opportunity shows up.
This contract allowed EEC to expand our footprint, strengthen our operations, and step into the kind of multi-state logistics work I’ve been preparing for since day one. It was one of our proudest wins of 2025.
2025 for Manifesting Greatness With Roslyn V. – 360° Business Coaching: A Year of Growth, Evolution, Real Lessons, and Real Wins
Let me tell you something honestly, because you deserve honesty:
2025 was the year I learned the difference between creating what I think you need versus listening to what you actually want from me.
Some coaching programs thrived.
Some didn’t land the way I hoped.
Some were simply… lessons.
But so much of this year was also powerful:
We launched The Courier Pro™ (TCP).
This was a dream years in the making, and this year we brought it to life. Watching students transform from unsure to confident, from lost to structured, from guessing to executing… that was a highlight.

And then there were the lessons.
A few programs didn’t perform the way I hoped, not because they weren’t good, but because I wasn’t listening to you closely enough.
I was creating from assumption.
Not from conversation.
